A jam is when one or more musicians gather together and everyone can participate at any musical level because the songs are jammable. The jam tracks on this site are meant to be jammable.
JAMMABLE songs are easy-to-follow progressions; both standards such as blues 1-4-5 and jazz 2-5-1, etc., and various chord progressions of 1 to 5 chords, always played consecutively and repetitively, making them easy to follow and JAMMABLE. NEW JAM TRACKS ARE CREATED WEEKLY.
We encourage all musicians to gather together and make music, then start a jam, make the jam a food drive for the community and everyone wins. Music and meals heal.
